Call Ready Websites provides an automatically-generated marketing website for your business, hosted on our infrastructure. Service includes hosting, SSL, AI-driven content updates, contact-form lead delivery, and monthly performance reporting.
You may cancel the monthly subscription at any time from your customer dashboard. Upon cancellation:
You may request changes to your site through the dashboard. Changes are processed by an AI editor with a strict allowlist of permitted modifications (text, hours, services, contact info). Requests outside the allowlist may be queued for manual review. We reserve the right to reject any change request that violates these terms, applicable law, or that we believe in good faith is harmful or fraudulent.
You may not use your site to:
Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, search engine rankings, lead volumes, or any specific business outcome. The site is a marketing tool, not a guarantee of customers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be emailed to active subscribers. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
